These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TrueWire website and the services we provide. By using our website, requesting a demo, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Our services and website are intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

Our Services

TrueWire provides AI-powered receptionist, lead capture, appointment booking, missed-call text-back, and CRM automation services for home-service businesses. Features, availability, and pricing are described during your demo or onboarding and are confirmed in your service agreement or order before service begins.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You agree to use the services lawfully, to obtain any consents required to contact your own customers (including SMS opt-in consent), and not to use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

Fees and Billing

Fees, billing cycles, and any setup costs are set out in your order or agreement. Usage-based charges (such as messaging or phone usage) may apply. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to deliver the services. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Text Messaging Program (SMS Terms)

Program: TrueWire. When you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from TrueWire related to your request, including demo scheduling, confirmations, reminders, account messages, and service updates.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did originally, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services (for example, messaging carriers, calendars, and payment processors). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results, lead volume, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueWire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the three months before the claim.

Compliance with Industry Standards and Law

Our messaging program is operated in accordance with CTIA messaging guidelines, mobile carrier requirements, and applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Termination

Either party may end the services as set out in your agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms
